Shipping policy

Orders small or large, we are here to help with 3 shipping options.

Any order $99 or more receives free shipping.

Any order under 5 pounds ships at a flat fee of $7.99.

Any order exceeding 5 pounds ships at a flat fee of $19.90.

Most items are made to order, or on demand, but we still try to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. If it is expected to take more than 4 days to ship the order (because we are in the process of making it), you will be notified.

We reserve the right to ship using the shipper of our choice (generally USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery). Please use a physical address when available (ie home/business/commercial address not P.O. box). Once the order is delivered to the shipper, any damage or loss claims will be between, you and the shipper to settle. Lakeside Community Candles is not responsible for lost or damaged deliveries from shippers.

As a small business we value every customer willing to give us a chance. We will strive to provide fast order fulfillment that are properly packaged, so you receive your items quickly and in good working order.

All items are stored in Ohio, and will be shipped from Ohio. Items are either hand crafted or sourced from local companies. Items are hand made, hand poured, or provided for your own crafting/making needs.
